- Keyword-stuffed SEO link farms designed solely for link schemes.
- Content discussing gambling, adult topics, or malicious hacking tools.
2. Cross-Posting & Canonical URL Policy
Already published a great article on your personal blog, Substack, or Medium? You are welcome to syndicate it on WriterDock!
💡 How to cross-post safely without Google duplicate content penalties:

- Paste your original post link into the Canonical URL field.
- WriterDock will automatically inject

3. Formatting & Readability Standards
Clear Hierarchy
Break your story into logical sections with descriptive H2 and H3 headings. Avoid monolithic walls of unformatted text.
Code Blocks & Syntax
Wrap code snippets in triple backticks with language tags (e.g. ```typescript or ```python) for automatic syntax highlighting.
Cover Images & Visuals
Include a 16:9 high-resolution cover image and architecture diagrams where helpful. Ensure you have the rights to any media used.
Short Excerpt Summary
Provide a crisp 1–2 sentence summary in post settings to power search result previews and social share cards.
4. Editorial Review Timeline (24–48 Hours)
When you submit a draft, our editorial team reviews it within 24 to 48 hours. If approved, it is immediately published live and indexed. If revisions are requested, the editor will leave clear notes explaining what adjustments are needed before re-submitting.
